At Diva Boutique Online, we want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer store credit for eligible returns within 14 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in original condition and do not fall under 'Final Sale' categories such as bodysuits, swimwear, or accessories.

  Submit a Request

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return for store credit.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items and use the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal or your preferred carrier to send the package to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our team inspects your return, you will receive an electronic gift card via email within 5-7 business days to use on your next glam find.
